Comparison

Kadapt vs. TensorPix

One is a general AI video and image suite with a real estate page. The other does nothing but listing reels — and writes the words as well as the video.

Updated August 2026

TensorPix is a capable, established product with a real estate video maker that does what it says: upload listing photos, enter the property details, pick optional voiceover and music, and get a video back in five to ten minutes. It is also, by its own description, an online video and image quality enhancer and upscaler — a broad suite whose other use cases are fixing blurry video calls, restoring old film, deblurring, and stabilising shaky footage. Real estate is one page on it.

Kadapt does one thing. Every prompt, preset, voice and guardrail in it exists to turn listing photos into a reel an agent can post, from $49/mo.

What specialisation actually buys you

The words, not just the video

TensorPix’s real estate page describes photos in, property details, optional voiceover and music, video out. Kadapt writes the hook for the first second, the script the voice reads, and the caption you paste with the post — because the caption is the part agents actually stall on, and the part that decides whether a reel is found.

Captions written to be fair-housing-safe

Kadapt’s caption language is screened for the phrasing that quietly steers — the “perfect for young families” class of sentence that no agent means and every broker worries about. TensorPix’s real estate page does not mention fair housing or captions at all, which is not a criticism of a general video tool — it is simply not what it is for. If you are buying for a team, this is usually the deciding line.

It learns your brand once

Kadapt studies your site and keeps what it learns, so every script and caption sounds like you rather than like AI, and your logo rides in the corner of every reel. There is no brief to write, on the first listing or the fiftieth.

You approve the plan before anything renders

Kadapt shows you the shot order, the script and the captions, and the credit cost, before it spends anything. Both products let you review before you publish; Kadapt puts the review before the render, which is also where editing is cheapest.

Held to the property you photographed

Kadapt offers no virtual staging, no sky replacement and no day-to-dusk: the generation is instructed to keep your rooms, furniture, finishes and lighting. It is still generative AI and can differ from the source in places, which is why you watch every reel before it goes out — that check is what keeps you clear of MLS-accuracy trouble.

When TensorPix is the better pick

Often, and we would rather say so. If your photos or old footage need actual repair — upscaling to 4K, removing blur, smoothing shaky video, reviving an archive clip — TensorPix does things Kadapt does not do at all, and does them well. If you shoot forty photos for a luxury listing and want them all in one video, it takes more per pass. If you want to try something before handing over a card, it gives you three videos free. And it is the larger, older product, with more than three million users by its own count.

Choose Kadapt when the job is specifically listing reels, week after week, and you want the writing, the brand consistency and the fair-housing guardrail handled rather than the pixels enhanced.

TensorPix features, pricing model, user count and use-case descriptions are from its public site and structured data as of August 2026, and are self-reported where noted; check tensorpix.ai for current details. Statements that something is “not mentioned” describe what its real estate page says, not what the product may be able to do. This page is our honest read, not an affiliation.

Common questions

Is TensorPix a real estate tool?

It has a real estate page, and it works. But TensorPix is a general AI video and image suite — its own company description calls it an online video and image quality enhancer and upscaler, and its use-case pages cover video calls, old film restoration, deblurring and stabilisation. Real estate is one application of a broad tool. Kadapt only makes listing reels.

Does TensorPix write the caption?

Its real estate page describes uploading photos, entering property details, and choosing optional voiceover and music — it does not mention captions or fair-housing language. Kadapt writes the hook, the script and the caption, and the caption language is written to be fair-housing-safe by design.

Which one can I try without a card?

TensorPix, if you mean a finished video — it offers three free videos with no credit card needed. Kadapt goes a long way without one too: sign in with your email, upload a real listing, and you see the whole plan — shot order, script, and the fair-housing-safe caption — with no card. The card sits at the render step, where it starts a 14-day trial that includes 240 credits, about three reels. If getting the finished file itself before entering payment details matters most to you, that is a real point in their favour.

How many photos can each one use?

TensorPix states 6 to 40 photos per video depending on plan. Kadapt’s wizard takes 3 to 9 and suggests an order after analysing them. For a large photo set on a luxury listing, TensorPix takes more in one pass.
