Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Kadapt Terms of Service (Kadapt Ltd, UK). Effective 2026-07-13 (provisional).

You may not use Kadapt to:

1. Mislead property consumers — advertise properties deceptively, misstate material facts, or publish generated video you know (or should know, after review) misrepresents a property.
2. Discriminate — create content that violates fair-housing laws or expresses preference/limitation based on protected characteristics (race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or state-law equivalents).
3. Upload content you have no rights to — including scraping or lifting other agents’ listings, MLS/IDX feeds, or photographers’ images. Your uploads, your rights (Terms of Service, section 4).
4. Infringe — on notice of claimed infringement we remove content and may terminate repeat infringers (DMCA-style process; designated contact: [email protected]).
5. Generate NSFW, violent, or hateful content, or impersonate any person, brokerage, or brand (including generating third-party logos/signage — our guardrails suppress these; don’t try to defeat them).
6. Abuse the platform — evade rate limits or trial controls, share accounts, resell raw generation capacity, card-test, or use bots to farm credits/bounties.
7. Violate provider policies — usage must also comply with our AI service providers’ acceptable-use terms, which pass through to you (currently including ByteDance/Seedance, Anthropic, DeepSeek and Google for models, and ElevenLabs for voice).

Enforcement

Warn → suspend → terminate, at our reasonable discretion; serious cases (fraud, infringement, discrimination) skip straight to suspension. No refund of plan fees for terminations under this policy; unexpired top-up credits refunded at our discretion.
