The one-pager
Eight rules. None of them need a videographer, a ring light, or an afternoon. All of them work with the reels Kadapt already makes you.
Nobody scrolls back. Open on the best frame you have — the money shot, the price, or a line that picks a fight ("This is why your listing photos aren't selling the house"). In Kadapt, the hook is the first thing in every plan — if it doesn't stop you, edit it before you approve.
The algorithm rewards consistency over polish. One listing supports many reels: hit Duplicate on yesterday's reel, change the hook or the angle — family home today, walk-to-everything tomorrow, price story Friday. A different reel for every listing, every day, costs you minutes.
Render with "No music", then add trending audio natively inside TikTok or Instagram when you post. Platforms boost posts that use their trending sounds — imported audio doesn't count. (Keep the Kadapt voiceover; duck the trend under it or run captions-only.)
Most viewers watch on mute. Kadapt burns short, punchy captions into the frame — keep them under four words when you edit, and make the last one the price + call to action. If the reel works with the sound off, it works.
Don't make one reel "for everyone". Duplicate and re-cut for one audience at a time: first-time buyers (the payment story), families (the school run), investors (the numbers). Specific reels get shared to the exact person who buys.
Upload the file directly to Reels, TikTok, AND YouTube Shorts — never cross-post a watermarked video between platforms; they suppress each other's marks. Evenings and Sunday mornings punch hardest for local property audiences, but daily beats optimal.
"DM me OAK for the full tour." "Save this for your house hunt." "Follow for one home like this every day." One call to action, three words of effort for the viewer — comments and saves are the signals that make the next reel travel further.
Posting for the creator program? Get pre-approved first (terms are agreed before you post — see kadapt.com/partners). Kadapt must be visibly used in the video, #ad disclosure where required, and views must be organic on your own account — engagement gets sanity-checked and bought views are an automatic decline.
That’s the whole playbook: hook hard, post daily, sound native, one ask. Back to the partner program →
